The Sales and Service Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customers’ garage doors and will sell, quote, and take payment on our products and services. Work assignments are made by our call center and/or managers. This pivotal, performance-driven position helps us maintain 100% customer satisfaction and generate revenue.
The right candidate will have an astute business acumen and possesses the interpersonal skills to thrive in this sales/customer service focused position. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional interested in joining our hands-on industry.
Requirements for the Sales and Service Technician:

Mechanical aptitude, including skill in using a variety of hand and power tools, accurately reading a tape measure, and interpreting equipment manuals

Natural Sales ability and experience

Physically able to move items weighing 80-100 lbs. and the ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Background check and drug screen a condition of employment

The Sales and Service Tech duties include:

Experience with hand and power tools

Jobs are located in and around the Twins Cities

Previous Commercial / Garage Door experience are encouraged to apply but no experience is needed and will train the right person.

Flexible schedule

Pay is based on experience and number of jobs that are performed each week.

Pay can be paid weekly/biweekly.

Driver’s License is required.

Company vehicle available after training is finished.
