Terms of Service Agreement

By participating in the Superior Garage Door Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Definitions
“Affiliate”: An individual or entity approved to participate in the Program.
“Referred Customer”: A new customer who books a qualifying service using the Affiliate’s unique referral code.
“Qualifying Service”: A completed garage door repair, installation, or maintenance service paid in full to Superior Garage Door.
“Reward”: A $50 prepaid American Express (AMEX) gift card issued upon successful referral.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To enroll, Affiliates must:
Be 18+ years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
Reside in a jurisdiction where the Program is available.
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Prohibited Affiliates:
Competitors or entities engaged in similar services.
2.2 Approval Process
Submission of the enrollment form does not guarantee acceptance.
Superior Garage Door reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at any time.
3. Affiliate Obligations
3.1 Permitted Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote via:
Personal referrals (friends, family, neighbors).
Social media (without misleading claims).
Prohibited: Paid ads, spam, fake accounts, or unauthorized use of trademarks.
3.2 Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines (disclose affiliate relationship if promoting publicly).
No fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive referral tactics.
4. Referral & Reward Terms
4.1 Qualifying Referrals
The Referred Customer must provide the Affiliate’s code at booking.
The service must be completed and paid in full (no refunds/chargebacks).
- The cost of the completed job must total more than $150.
4.2 Reward Fulfillment
Rewards are mailed within 30 days of job completion.
Only one Reward per Referred Customer (no duplicate referrals).
Rewards are void if:
The Referred Customer cancels or disputes payment.
The Affiliate violates these TOS.
4.3 Reward Limitations
Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
Lost/stolen gift cards will not be reissued.
5. Fraud & Abuse
5.1 Prohibited Activities
Self-referrals (booking your own services).
Fake accounts or false information.
Incentivizing bookings (e.g., offering cash to customers to use your code).
5.2 Audit Rights
Superior Garage Door may:
Review referrals for fraud.
Withhold or reclaim Rewards if fraud is detected.
6. Termination
6.1 By Superior Garage Door
We may terminate an Affiliate’s participation immediately for:
Violation of these TOS.
Fraudulent or harmful conduct.
Any reason, with 7 days’ notice.
6.2 By Affiliate
Affiliates may opt out via written notice.
6.3 Post-Termination
Pending Rewards may be forfeited if termination is due to fraud.
Affiliate must remove all promotional materials.
7. Modifications
Superior Garage Door may update these TOS at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
8.1 No Guarantees
Superior Garage Door does not guarantee earnings or Reward availability.
The Program is provided “as-is” without warranties.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Superior Garage Door is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Errors in Reward delivery (e.g., mail delays).
9. Tax & Legal Compliance
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting Rewards as taxable income.
Superior Garage Door may issue IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These TOS are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
Disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in Dallas County.
11. Entire Agreement
These TOS constitute the full agreement between Affiliate and Superior Garage door, superseding prior agreements.
